Majid Alsayegh, Principal and Senior Consultant
Mr. Alsayegh is responsible for oversight of all Alta Management projects, assuring that overall project goals and objectives are accomplished.  With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Alsayegh's professional career has centered on managing large projects, both in local and international markets.  He has overseen projects valued at hundreds of millions of dollars.Recent projects include a $140 million prison project for the City of Philadelphia, where Mr. Alsayegh had responsibility for oversight of all consultants and contractors.  He was also responsible for fiscal control for the Criminal Justice Center.  He was instrumental in generating savings of more than $35 million on both projects.  He is currently overseeing an additional prison facility construction project for the City of Philadelphia, valued at $39 million.  New Video Arraignment, WDF, CFCF, CJC, CJIS, Community Court

Mr. Alsayegh has a B.S. in Civil Engineering, and a M.S. in Management and Policy from the University of Pennsylvania.  He has also been active in education as an instructor of executive education courses in management and economic development to executives from Asia, Africa, and South America for the U.S. Agency for International Development.
