Center City District Community Court - 1401 Arch Street Philadelphia, PA  Supported by more than 2,000 property owners, the Center City District (CCD) is a private-sector business organization dedicated to keeping Philadelphia's downtown a safe, clean, and exciting place to live, work and visit.  The CCD has initiated a Community Court, modeled on a similar system in New York City, where defendants arrested on misdemeanor and summary offenses will be diverted from the traditional criminal justice process.At Community Court, offenders will be interviewed by attorneys and members of the social services staff, arraigned before a judge, and receive their community service sentence and/or extended counseling sentences within 24 hours of incarceration.  Alta Management provided management services for the development of operating policy for the Community Court; design and construction project management services for completion of its leased space; and project management and coordination for the development of the Community Court Management Information System (this system will incorporate court docket, client history, social services, and community service and/or counseling sentence compliance requirements).  Majid Alsayegh, Joe Resta
