The Criminal Justice Center was opened in the last quarter of 1995, at a capital cost of $122 million.  It consists of 16 floors with 64 courtrooms and 64 judge's chambers, and administrative space for court employees.  The basement provides cells for up to 400 inmates waiting for court proceedings.  The facility includes technology systems that provide 24 hour, 7 day, computer network and video connectivity to the Philadelphia Police Headquarters, various police districts, and the Curran-Fromhold Correctional Facility.  Alta Management acted as Owner's Representative for the City of Philadelphia during the project, responsible for overseeing the project financing, contract administration, and project and contract close-out.  Majid Alsayegh, James K.
