With the implementation of the $52 million Motorola Radio Project complete, and upcoming opening of the Women's Detention Facility, Alta Management looks to new endeavors with the start of the New Year in 2004. The most recent project of the firm is the development of New Townhomes at 24th Street and Fairmount Avenue in Center City Philadelphia. The creation of thirty-one homes called "Museum Commons" sits in the heart of the Philadelphia Arts Museum's residential neighborhood. A few units still remain for sale.
